having a problem recently that occasionally when im goin slow like movin through traffic there is a noise coming from rear of car, like a deep rubbing noise but it stops as soon as i press brakes again, also everytime i park up and use handbrake even when on a level surface the rear brakes stick on. can any help me with this please ??

unlikely that wd40 will cure handbrake cables, they are usually rusted internally and swelled up

Take the drums off, have a look one of the springs could have gone. Or piston is bust.

Been checked over and everything seems fine :S suppose for what it costs i could just replace a few thing to see if it stops it.
