Removing bumpstrips

Might be a stupid question, but I want to remove them to spray them and dont know how lol.

you cant the front and back are part of the bumpers and the side ones are part of the front arch the bottom door plastics and the rear arch you have to take all the lot off or do what most people do and remove the front and rear bumpers off and paint the sice ones on the car saves time and money for new clips and tiger seal.
