You will never get a good answer to this as most people will just say the phone that they have at the moment.

Iphone 3gs (dont like the 4 although spec wise it it better).

I think the newer HTC phones which will come out in 2011 sometime hopefully will be better though. I hear android is alot less buggy then it used to be.
