The top of the bolt can move (wobble) so you can fit slightly different pcd's without the need for spacers.

I postd on these the other.
Principle and what they do i like the idea of.
Would i want to drive a car with them on?
And be confident in them?
Im not so sure

its only a couple of mill, not like the bolts loose in the hole. aren't they shimmed so that you can fit, say, 98 wheels to a 100 hub?

Esentially it's just a normal bolt but with a washer, the bolt still goes in the original holes etc but the pressure that would otherwise be directly on your bolt holes of the wheels is put onm the washer insteadhttp://i11.ebayimg.com/01/i/001/45/d4/374a_1.JPG

as i said in a previous post about these redline mag did some road tests on these around a track and alot of the bolts failed after a short time they just cant take the stress caused by rotation of the wheel and stresses that need to be coped with by wheel bolts.
