you need to paint with a base coat of the colour you want. then you need some rainbow metal flake from a motor factor get the lowest micron you can buy. then you need to mix the flake with a inter coat clear and spray the wheel with it until you get the effect wanted. then you need to keep applying clear coat until you have a good smooth finish. by the way you really need a spray gun and compressor set up to do this. as the halfords metal flake is shite and over priced.
