Laquring??

I cannot for the life or me laqure....what is the best way to laqure? im constantly getting orange peel :s (from spray cans)

Ive tried these combos:

- Laquring very finely when paint is still 'tacky'
- Laquring in the cold
- Laquring in the hot
- Laquring at room temp (mum wasent happy about that in the front room lol)
- Laquring when the paint is completly dry
- Laquring after wet and dry (effectivly to wash the paint) obv laqured after it had dryed
- Laquring after T-cutting
- Doing a VERY fine sprinkle of laqure and slowly building up
- Holding the can at different distances away from said painted item

WTF am i doing wrong?? i cant get it right... someone please help me... i can prep, primer and paint, just cant laqure, i ruien my hours and hours of work and preperation, and if i dont laqure, its gets ruiened later on anyways....HELP please

umm iirc to stop the orange glaze you just to a clear coat and gently sand then clear coat and gently sand then clear coat and maybe one more clear coat without sanding

i say gently sand i mean very light and with fine sand paper like p1000 +
ive painted my grill and other things and never had orange glaze :) hope that helps

you want more like 1800 ot 2000 grit

ive tried that before 2, just doesnt work right :s

someone mentioned to T-cut the laqure when its touch dry/ tacky... that doesnt work either lol

aerosol will never give fantastic results as it is mostly shit acrylic or sellulose wich is wank the best way to do it is invest in a compressor and a gun then use 2k clear coat. other than that the best way is to clear coat what your painting then let it dry for 24 hours for the solvents to evaporate then wet sand the full item with 2000-3000 wet and dry. then dry off clean with pre clean or spirit wipe then re clear coat. doing it this way the clear coat flows out better and you get a greater depth of gloss. but as said the aerosol will never give a amazing glossy smooth finish even if i do it and i been painting for 9 years now.
