Bumpers

What holds the lights and bumpers on ? Is it the slam panel? Just that my light on the right hand side has been pushed back about an inch from a slow crash and the bumper is not sitting right. Will it be the slam panel bent?

Also the bonnet does not look as though it is closed on the passenger side because the light has been pushed back
