How To Loosen Cam Section!!!

Hi, Yeah im no idiot to cars and have a real big problem saxo keeps whinning like a ghost noise from cam section took cover off and been told by so many people that it may be due to being to tight its had everything re done from previous owner so giving it a shot.

Just wanted to know if any one can help me to loosen or tighten guide on how to as it would save a fortune from being ripped off by a garage Big help if any one does thanks :clapping:

im a mechanic myself, and changed my belt and it whined, so i slackened it and it still whined, then got my self a belt tension gauge and set the tension properly, and it still whined, this was with all new bearing's aswell, total pain in the ass, i just made sure it wasnt over tight or too slack and left it at that :y: if its overtight it will put strain on the waterpump bearings
