Standard citroen alarm issues

Hey, right iv got a real problem. I locked my car up the other day with the fob. Went to get in it tried to unlock it again with fob no joy. So I got some new batteries but still doesn't work. So if I unlock it with the key the alarm goes off. I have disconected the alarm but indicators still flash
Sunroof / airal is leaking too ?

Please please help me quick as I'm stuck without a car
