New camera advice needed

I have never been really into cameras and taking pictures but having used cameras and uni and needing one for uni i have ordered a fujifilm finepix s1600 for the price has everything i need for uni and the odd car show etc but for uni they are saying i will need certain filters well filters wont fit without a adaptor i have been looking for them but they are all on the net could really do with one for wednesday any ideas were that would sell them in the derbyshire ?nottinghamshire area ?

Check to see if there is a Jessops or something close, they might be able to help you out.
