day off.. DAY SPENT ON CAR!

I've got 2 days off this week, and I wanna spend them on my car. I have a few questions regarding the things I want to do to it..

I want to spray my grill as its faded big time, is it a case of it unclipping or are there screws on the otherside? also, I want to take my mud flaps off, ( same question aplies )

Also, when you degrease the engine bay, what do you need to cover up??

There are screws on the grill. A torx will get then out for you :D

Yes grill is torx screws and the mudflaps are usually screwed on ? You will see how thier fitted they usually get screwed onto the frame of the arch mate :y:

yeh grill is held in with a torx (T20), if its a mk1 then you need to undo the 3x 10mm bolts on the top of it (inline with the bonnet catch)...and the mudflaps are either a philips screw or a T20 screw :y:

Mudflaps are normally popped on with popper things :)

Cool, thanks guys. Yeah mudguards are dirty atm, so would be best to clean them then look for a screw to release them :)
