Depends really. If it's gone down to primer then no.

no the only thing wet n dry will get rid of is light scratches beware its easy to got thro the laquer down to base coat

Same here, but it isn't a cook book. Description gives enough of an idea/process.

Can the jist of things from just the text.
Fill the stone chips with touch up paint, wait for them to fully cure and harden.
Then wet sand to remove the excess, follow up with polishing to remove sanding marks.
Won't be 100% but should be alot better than before aslong as you take your time and the process is completed properly.

that's how we do the new cars at work that get delivered to us with stone chips from the low loaders.

We have done that at work but would muvh rather spray the full panle etc but not always worth it for a few stone chips
