clucth or gearbox help

lately my car has a wine in 3rd gear mainly in low revs and when i put my ear to the clucth section on the gearbox theres a funny knocking noise please help many thanks and when i dip the clucth it goes.

diff is on way out ive just replaced mine for same thing
