A few tips for insurance with admiral.

Well my renewel is up was paying £1800 lastyear with swiftcover on a 08 c2 driving.

got a quote of admiral for £1900 fully comp

i added my mum on there and the missus, changed it from garage(which i have) to road and put that i was co habiting.

and that knocked it down to £1300 fully comp :)


just a heads up to try a few different options to lower the quote before buying but oviously dont lie.

i also changed the value of my car to £5999 from £6000 and that knocked £150 off.


£1300 may seem expensive to some people but im 19 been driving 2years 10 months 0 years ncb.

edit: Also just to add admiral double your premium if you want to pay monthly and wanted £2550 to pay monthly.

so ide say if you cant pay it out right get a bank loan with low apr.

lol its really odd, ive noticed recently how admiral knock off hundreds for putting that you park on the road! lol wtf surley thats worse, but oh well, most likely a mistake

admiral quote me exactly the same whether its driveway or street, dont think they can knock much off my £390 though lol
