need help with laptop

anyone any good with laptops i just nearly dropped mine but managed to catch it but as i did ive pressed a button and its turned the screen 90 degrees any idea how i can turn it back

Press Control-Alt- then one of the arrow keys at the same time, think its the down arrow but try all of them.

Ctrl-Alt-Up - right side up
Ctrl-Alt-Right - 90 degrees
Ctrl-Alt-Down - 180 degrees
Ctrl-Alt-Left - 270 degrees
(If that doesn’t work, try Ctrl-Shift-R)

Not sure then you made sure the yokes runny didnt yoy?
