what to do to my furio

i have just bought a 1.4 furio. read that 1.1/vts gearboxs make a difference wat else can i do to it i dont want a vts lump in it i want to keep it furio as its my first car on the road can anyone help me :wacko:

Closed Induction Kit.
Stainless Steel Full Exhaust System.
4-2-1 Manifold.
Strip out things you do not need.
Get some www.saxperience.com stickers, they add 5 BHP each.

Not sure but even if you could it wouldnt make the car any faster.
A remap is also pointless without other mods

Cheaper mods would be:

Straight through exhaust system and enclosed induction kit but these wouldnt warrant a remap

For a remap to have any affect you would need some performance Cams....or more expensive would be throttle bodies....or even a turbo

To get decent gains be prepared to spend $$$

speed mods are pointless may as well just get a faster car, or e.g use a vtr engine with your furio gearbox.. Thatl make faster aceleration than standard vtr's

i was thinking bigger engine but its alot of work isnt it i just helped a mate put a b16a2 in a civic and that was hard work so i didnt really wana go down that road unless its not hard to convert. wat have u done to ur furio

May be cheaper to ensure a stock Vtr, than a modded Furio!

Its funny it doesn't even work.. all you can hear is a stupid annoying noise after putting foot on the gas.

i gt this car cheap of a mate and know its in good working order all round no rust ect ect.. no im not bothered about money atm as its ot on the road due to bein banned i love the car and just want to im prove it not get a new one

My mate got aban from drink driving.. he got a 17 month ban.

tryed to get insured on a 1 Ltr saxo and no1 would even give him quotes... he found one and it was something like 7-9 grand.

all mods ive got on mine are vtr alloys, dewiper, vts interior, led bulbs. Black vt kit (prob change back after the winter) and a k&n cone filter ocasionaly

mine as it stands it has the vt kit, vtr alloys, angel eye head lights, lowered 40mm all round, smoked rear lights, 4 inch back box (which is bein removed for a smaller one), and im goin to de wiper it, and im not sure wat i should next
