Just had a thought, hypothetically, say you want to drive across the continent, well, across many, say you want to drive from like France to China for example, would you be able to do that without stopping at every border and having to have a visa? Or could you just drive straight through, bearing in mind your intentions are just travelling through, I doubt that would wash with immigration though.

Just a thought.

Nope you would need to pass through every border control and have the relevant visa documentation in place to pass in to that country

You might need a visa for some places but not if you're travelling across EU countries. I'm guessing here but I reckon the most you'd need in Europe is ID to prove you're a citizen of the EU.

I've only passed through one border whilst driving and that was France to Spain, never had to show anything just went straight through.

Yeah across the eu is the easy part.
Most borders you will cross fine.
Its when you get further afield you will encounter problems
