I got a little problem....

a hole (smaller than a 5p piece) on my driver side door, any suggestions how to get it sorted? What to buy? and how to do it? :clapping: Cheers for any help.

take it to a body shop or buy a new door unless you can weld panel beat fill and paint your fucked. cheaper to get body shop to do it and get a better finish.

How much do u reckon it will cost?

depends on if it can be patched up and filled if you get a new door and paint it your talking 150+ vat

if you patch it up and repaint your talking maybe 100
if i was you i would get a door from the scrappers for like 25 quid then get that painted or try find the same colour door then your quids in.

Yea..hmm...My uncles pal got a body shop .... I will take it there and hopefully get some mate's rate's :)

Needs welding really buy the heat can warp the panel with it bein so thin, could put tape over the hole on the outside and a thick coat of fiberglass filler on the inside, let it dry and take the tape off and fill the hole with some more fiberglass, then rub down and fill,

I suppose it could come out but use that stough at work and i dout it, would protect it anyways, obvs make sure toi grind any rust back and put some primer on after the fiberglass
