Which phone to pick?

In the process of selling my iPhone and getting a blackberry 9700.

Would a samsung galaxy s be the better choice?

If you have to change phone i would say galaxy, thats if you want apps etc.

If you want a phone that is good at being a phone, but nothing else, then get the blackberry.
