squeek/creek sound

hi all
ive just replaced a bearing on my axil the other day and ive also had the other bearing done a couple of months ago ive now got a squeeky creeky sound from the back of my car and its pissin me off does any one know what it counld be

worth checking exhaust fittings, is it all the time?, going fast or slow?, is it there when your in gear or coasting? check shock mounts
