I just placed a order on this website for some snow foam ect and after entering payment details the site crashed so im not sure if it has taken my money or not... anyone else had this problem???? cheers

Login to your cyc account and see the order status

Just did mate it's saying pending at the moment so I guess nothing to worry about

Has happened to me the last couple of times I've used CYC bud, check your emails for confirmation from CYC and Paypal. Has gone through fine for me all the times.

Ok thanks all will give him a ring, although the only email I have is for registering my account. But im sure it's going through. Ordered the ph natural snow foam if any1 has any pics using this would be good :) cheers

That doesn't sound right actually can you drop me a mail 'tim at cleanyourcar.co.uk' and I'll get it sorted if we haven't already sorted it. With the snow and that it's been a bit of a nightmare week so I could easy of missed it.

Re-ordered next day and it all arrived the next day even though it had been snowing really bad, really impressed with the service and help. So thanks to Tim at cyc. Used the snow foam mixed with some zymol shampoo and couldn't believe what a difference it made.
