Well, its almost Xmas and I have NO presents and NO money. I do the same thing every year and don't learn!

Now looking at games that I can trade for cash as a last ditch attempt to sort out xmas presents tomorrow.

Anyone else as bad as me?

I have had a pretty easy time this year with buying presents, because the rest of my siblings are at University they have no money so my rents asked me not to over spend on presents this year as the others won't be able to afford much, EASY!

Christmas always makes me feel guilty when someone gets me something nice and what I get them never seems as good :(
I overspend on the other things at Christmas seeing family going out for meals etc drink.

I've still got my siblings and gf to buy for, plenty of money to do so, but my car's being stored 20 miles away because of the shitty weather, so no way of getting anywhere to do more shopping. Fml. :S

I think i have shares in that place mate!! We did ours all up in one go everything had to be replaced as was owned by an old person.

Yeah its worth it once its done but hard work an the toys will be a thing of the past for a while mate as we are still buying an doing stuff to it nothing is ever finished.

Ive spent like £250 on maybe 12-13 presents so £20 something quid each which isn't bad

I know I have £200 in topman vouchers coming from my parents

Bit of a stupid tradition imo, I spend £250 on various family members and combined they all probably spend the same on me......whats the point?

I could just go and spend £250 of my money on something I want to buy
I dont hate Christmas, just dont see the point in presents, especially for adults ffs!

I tend to work on if I don't have money I don't spend. I don't start my new job until next year so have spent next to nothing on gifts this year. If your religious and are actually a believe then it does not matter how small a gift is. If you don't believe then stuff Xmas it has just turned in to a massive marketing scam ahyhoo.
