I think that if you've been with someone for a period of time then yes you can. My parents were together 25 years then when they split up I've since been told he still cries about leaving her so yes I think you can still love someone :)

Yes, it's been 3 years - I've been with a couple of people and I am currently in a relationship and have been for nearly two years, I also live with this person and I do love them, but still, never a days go by where I don't think of my ex, my first love!
