which is the easiest way to replace the heater motor and how?
The motor was intermittant sometimes running slow and noisy.

The fuse and ignition switch are both ok and the hrw is working; what a time to go faulty; im frozen going to work on a morning.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

When I had to replace mine I was told it was a dash out job but it can be done without, just undo the 2 bolts under the scuttle and you should be able to wiggle it out from under the drivers footwell above the pedals, you might need to move one of the heater pipes out of the way though but it can be done.

did mine the other week just 2 nuts under the panel next to the wiper motor.then remove one of the vents.and just wiggle it out from the footwell and out it comes.abit of a fiddle to get it back in but dont take long.
