help please..loud grinding noise when stationary and at slow speed

Hi all,

Just was on my way home and all of a sudden I pulled up and heard this almighty strange grinding noise coming from front of car, opened bonnet and noise weren't there but when back inside car the noise was hearable again. Check underneath car, nothing hanging down. Turned my car off and car shuddered and made a strange noise. Turned car back on again and noise was there but not as loud. I pulled forward and it was fine but tried reversing a short distance and something was grinding. Any ideas??

Done a bit of testing, sourced the noise which actually is coming from underneath car. Pinpointed is to the exhaust pipes and the centre section seems to have come loose and have slight leak where the brackets/mounting is. Trip to a exhaust place is needed :)
