Might be cheaper just to buy a white car, and sell your current one!

it all depends on finding the right seller really, i crashed mine a little while ago n was considering buying all the parts i needed no matter what colour n then getting a respray but ive only spent about 100 quid on a new wing and bumper so far, so imo its going to work out cheeper than buyin parts and geting it resprayed, if you search Mandyslover ( i think thats how you spell it) he has got loads of parts for saxos and would probably be able to help you out :)

Only problem with that though mate is you would have to find the parts in mint condition. And then even so....the freshly painted panels would stand out more. Ie the quarter panels would be slightly different from the doors etc....would probably look odd. :S

Unless all the parts came from the same car you would get shade differances on each panel.

newly painted panels can be blended in to look perfect but a proper job isnt cheap.

I know this, its pretty common knowledge and I can also spray
What im getting at is...by the time he has fucked around finding the panels in the colour he wants (and they would need to be from same car, or again shade variation), then having the quarters and pillars sprayed and everything blended in it would be more fucking around than its worth. Might aswell just spray the full car then its all fresh and spot on.
Plus you have the hassle of trying to find good condition panels etc. Oh and the fact that he wants to go white....white panels are hard to come by for the saxo.
