Well i decided to try out the whole bucket scene, my car is absolutely emptied and has nothing but two buckets and two harnesses and a carpet, But i dont like it at all because its too noisy , too cold, and too uncomfortable, whats your favourite? Speed, Comfort , or best of both? Cheers.

Standard all the way for me. If I did enough track days to warrant it, I'd probably strip the rear and remove the soundproofing from under the carpet, wouldn't go any further than that.
S2 Rallye standard interior shouldn't be too heavy to begin with?

am quite lucky, with having the focus as a daily quick and comfy, then the saxo stripped out to hell, i must say if i onli had the one car it would have to be a nice comfy car, my saxo for a daily would kill me, think it be cool for about a week climing in over the door bars harnesses ect then it would ware off big time

GTi cloth interior, biggest bolsters of all the OEM seats, not far of reclining buckets tbh!
Combined with rallye front and rear doorcards you get a semi-stripped OEM interior :y:
Rallye doorcards can't be much heavier than carbon either but can be brought for peanuts :y:

remember kids nothing weighs the least of all.
fancy door cards and covers all add weight, and costs money where as having nothing is as light as it gets :D

Just the one daily meh, need to have many toy's these days ;)
I ran my saxo daily with nothing but buckets, steering wheel, and dials for company, did the same with my XSI, now the MR2 is the same.
Mind having kid's does mean I do have the need for more than one car so now I have luxury and refinement for my commute but there are so many day's I'll be driving and wish I was in my other car :(

Standard are half leather and suede proper soft, and still very supportive with all kind's of adjustment, but slightly to gay for me, and they weigh more than I sodding do.
£2k for car insurance is a piss take tbf I have 3 car's insured for less than half that, it's a joke
