Spending money on your car

Anyone get grief off their mrs for spending money on car?? I bben with mine for 3 years, dont live together and not as thought we have same account or anything. She goes mad when i spend money on it but shes goes out every weekend on piss and i dont that often, etc plus im on a good wage so not as though cant afford too.

i didnt moan at all till i got pregnant, infact i probably encouraged it :oops:
but then he sold EVERYTHING and im quite happy for him to spend a bit on the new car he gets aslong as hes sensible and bubs has everything he needs already sorted

shes just got a 7k loan to buy a brand new car over 5years as runnning costs are cheaper, etc that a older one. Im saving for a holiday after her bday next month so we can go away. Starting to really annoy me now though!!

My mum was the worst tbf as she didnt understand why i want to make the car a harsh ride with uncomfortable seats, limit the ability of going place's, put the cost of my car insurance up but over the year's she has come round to it i think, but i still think there is other things to spend money on over the car first.

House and content's as now i spend more time at home than in the car so its pimp ass tv and stuff first then car ;)

Well ive just paid for some jenveys which i got to go pick up but my car isnt on the road so could do with using hers and i get my stuff delivered to her house as mostly there more than my flat. She was like "and how long it going to take to fit them". But ive said rather than buying cams and ecu next im going to save for a holiday together first although she going on a hen do abroad too!

The wife has very little to do with my moneys, I don't even think she knows what I earn tbh!

As long as a decent chunk every month goes towards the savings for our new house and we have a couple good holidays a year she couldnt care less what I waste the rest on. Tbh she gets more spent on her every month than my car does anyways.
