hello i was just wonderin if anyone can giv me a guesstiamte on gettin 4 15" multi spoke wheels painted black. is it a dear job or not?
any suggestions of a place in the northwest (cheshire)

Normally £100 for all for, well thats what i'd charge.
Do it yourself its piss easy.

it will cost more than a hundred quid usually to get it done, depending if you want them powdercoated or not.
If you dont mind going to birmingham, check these out:
I have heard there very good, and 20 pound a wheel powdercoated is best price you will get anywhere!

I'd say £100 from people I've seen doing it on here and 106oc, but obviously a body shop would charge more for labour :)

get them powdercoated, lasts longer and is usually a good job

when i had my borbets done gun mental grey and rainbow flakes it was 120 if i remember right

if i was you mate i wouldn't use a CAN i get them done powder coated . they last longer . and give more of a shine.
when i had my borbets done gun mental grey and rainbow flakes it was 120 if i remember right
is that powder coated ?

not sure where you lot are having them do but it seems expensive
powdercoated ;£15 per wheel
Bodyshop charge around £ 20 per wheel

City powder coaters in Birmingham. £20 a wheel any colour you want. Well recomended :y:

cheers everyone for the help, since having this idea my rear axel has decided its on its way out so any cash will b going towards repairs rarther than improvements :-(
id rarther not DIY it as im not that great with a spray can.

i would advise not to paint as it will chip wheras powercoat wont. Powdercoating also costs a similar amount as paying a bodyshop to paint, depending on where you live
i got my ultralegeras powdercoated by a very respectable company and cost me just over £240, but the finish is top notch.
typically where i live it would cost about 100-120 quid to powdercoat four wheels

Done mine for about £7 , poundland primer/2x sandpaper/masking tape! then gloss black spray from wilkinsons for about £3

noway, did it turn out decent or not? have you got any pictures. had you done it before or was it your first go??

i refurb'd mine on about £15 lol i bought various sheets of sandpaper, and a can of white hammerite lol

really, sounds better than paying some one alot to do it. if it does go wrong will the paint come off easy enough without damaging the alloys??
