losing/gaining power

hope u guys could help me, iv noticed the last couple of days the saxo seems to have all its power there when u plant ya foot to floor then other times its all gone, when it loses its power and your standin still at traffic lights etc it wants to cut out.
any idea's? as this is my ride to work . please tell me its only the icv

Mine used to idle like shit sometimes, and cut out a lot of the time. If you revved it it would be fine though. I changed the ICV and it sorted the problem.

cheers, i know i need to change mine but we shall see if this cures the problem, lets hope so :)
