Just a question did 2002 vtr's come with remote central locking because mine hasnt got it.

If they did what would be my best bet to get it up and running

You need to get a new fob and reprogramme it using the card from the owners manual

Its £10 or £15 extra if you cant find your owners card that came with the car originally. Best hope you still have it if your bringing it to citroen

If you haven't got it then you'd have to get it fitted.
And if you have then but its not working check the fuses.

yea they do come with central locking the person u bought it from probs lost it and if u go to citreon its gunna cost u like £150 +

try an auto electrition to diagnose it and have a look around then you ill know, it will be cheaper than citroen doing it

reprogramming is about £85 from citroen.

yep, buying a quality aftermarket kit and fitting it yourself would be much cheaper and reliable than the crap oem stuff citroen provides.

when mine went i had a toad ai606 cat 1 alarm/immobiliser fitted with remote central locking, was about £200. by mr_toad off here :)

Seem a good price will defo look into this does he fit only in certain places

I lost my fob on my old vtr on a night out, (also one of the keys). I went to citreon it was going to cost so much I thought fuck it!
