Alpine type E sub?

would be crap. u want a custom made box for the sub not a universal one would be a waste. this is what i have and its crazy bass and its cheap

I had a 12inch etype with an enclosed box like that. I dont know about that amp I had an alpine one but it was a nice punchy setup with plenty of power, cant go wrong for the money. I personally don't rate Vibe at all, Alpine stuff is much better. Just the fact its sold in halfords is enough to put me off tbh.

well everyone has there own preference . well i got it from halfrods because lucky me i have to work there to get some extra money and i got 15% off and it really packs a punch so i cant complain but your alot better buying a sub with a proper enclosure not just some random sub box :)

well its not the box im worried about as thats a standard size. ive heard that vibe sub and didnt really rate it at all. sounded too echoey?
Ive asked a few people around at audio shops etc. and they mostly say alpine type R subs are really good but theres better for the money with the type e :sad:
i still havent made my mind up though between that and a jl audio sub :detective:
