Some Gti-6 numbers are a good bet. Especially with some good pads and discs. Probably looking at 4 pots after that.

Dpends.
Not much differance in them over the 266mm set up.
The 266 is considerably lighter.

I'd say just fit good quality std discs & uprated pads, give the calipers a good clean, change the fluid and maybe braided lines if your feeling saucy and your brakes will be fine.

Works for my customers in Stock Hatch who go considerably faster than even I drive... I've got loads on CL Brakes pads (http://www.kamracing.co.uk/index.php/citroen/citroen-saxo/saxo-brakes/saxo-brake-pads.html)
