Gearbox or Clutch ???

I am gettin a whineing noise comin from either my gerabox or clutch.
It only happens when im in either 4th or 5th gear when dipping my clutch.
I have just had a new clutch put on and a new bearing and its still makeing that sound.
Anyone have any ideas wat it is ?????

Bearing in the gearbox probably. If you have replaced the release bearing.

can u change the bearing in the gearbox or do you need to get a new one ?

It can be done but i wouldnt try it unless your confident and no what your doing. Alot easier to replace a box.

Thats what i ended up doing when i couldnt quite dismantle the box as id planned.
