Hey i bought a Fiberglass kit to make door pod's, just had a look through the stuff and im confused already :( basicly all the measurements it gives are for the whole 1kg of polyester resin and mekp catalyst hardener and obviously im not gonna be using all of that at once. just need enough to measure up a cup for one pod at a time. ive took pics of eveything and of the basic working instructions that were sent with it instead of typing it all here.

This is the link were i bought it

Just pour some resin in a cup or whatever & just add like 2 table spoons of catalyst, that'll be fine pal

but it says 9 mil for like 1kg of the resin

surely ill only be using about 500ml of the resin for 1 pod ? i have a syringe etc 3 teaspoons seems quite a bit ?

I use the measurement golf ball size of resin, to pea size of hardener if that helps

It doesnt really matter pal, the more catalyst you put the quicker it'll go off, make sure you stir it well.
Even if you put a drip in it'll still go off, just need to stir it.
I work with it everyday & just full up buckets full of resin & tip loads of catalyst in.
Just do 1 table spoon, and it'll take like 15 minutes to go off.
