Had a letter this morning, from TV licensing people (my missus place)
she was on a payment plan, she misses a payment last week so they canceled it. So i called them up they said they wont accept two payments this month. They want full payment. Which they carnt have till next week.

So she has un-plugged the TV/VIRGIN so my question is.
Obv she can watch DVDs Videos etc. Can she watch Iplayer Online etc without a problem as its BBC

No that is not right..... You have to have a TV license for watching BBC Iplayer on your computer. The question is.... Will they ever find out?... I think not, so you should be fine.

You need a TV License to watch Live TV on BBC iplayer. But you don't need one to watch shows that have been on.

Thank you, dont say im wrong because i know 100% i am right....

You need to be covered by a valid TV Licence if you watch or record TV as it's being broadcast. This includes the use of devices such as a computer, laptop, mobile phone or DVD/video recorder.

From the tv license website...
