Everyone can view it apart from you by the sounds of it mate. Maybe you have a virus on your compter? Do a virus scan and restart your computer.

I found a more effective way of bypassing the restrictions is deleting "System32" from your computer, thus tricking the system into thinking you are a legitimate forum user!

There's alot of people like that on this site mate so don't let it get to you :p ... and to answer your question, you should be able to see it once you have 100 posts and have been a memeber for at least 30days (from what I can make out) hope this helps :y:
