Just after some advice I have broken different fingers before and immobilised them and they healed ok, last week I dislocated one just wondered what the best way was to treat it. It seems very stiff and I don't have much movement

Has it set back into position correctly? I dislocated one of mine, never set back properly but I can still move it so the docs said its fine :/ Movement just came back over time as the swelling healed.
