Suspension setting

Wats the best setting for a spax adjustable suspension kit? on a saxo furio
softer or harder at front/back etc???

My PSX kit on the VTR is at 10 clicks (0 being soft and 32 being hard) all round - bear in mind that the susension will "settle down" after a day or so (maybe longer) and the settings will change.

I started with 16 clicks (halfway) all round and it was too hard for me and the roads around here - my VTS has Gmax shocks and I find it softer than the 10 clicks of the Spax PSX kit, but it is an older install and therefore worn in a bit more.

No idea if hard/soft split front/back is a good idea or not - some of the serious track boys will be able to tell you and in more detail I'm sure.
