Hi think i have been scammed not replying and ive been phoning and texting going to police tomorrow to see if they can sort anything out, and i was dumb as f*ck for payin via bank but i really wanted item anyway heres all the emails.

I dont use paypal mate, I got scammed when I had my zetec-s for a set of throttle bodies. Paid on paypal. They didnt arrive, put a dispute and claim on with them and they didn't refund me. Lost £700.

Im a new user on the forum mate, only had my rallye a week and a half but bought bucket seats now so don't need this leather.

A decent honest lad though mate.

Totally understand were your coming from mate but just a million times easier to use paypal.

Nothing can go wrong that way totally smooth transaction, i pay you send.

You can understand were im coming from mate as you've been scammed in the past.

I know you can give me all the details etc but that really doesnt cover me if anything
goes wrong, i really want these off you, could you please find a way we can settle it
via paypal.

i aswell have been scammed in the past and you seem genuine enough mate but you
know yourself you can never tell with these types of things, as it happens daily.

Just better to be safe, and obviously theres no way either of us can loose out using paypal.

Wont be anyway of my withdrawing the funds from paypal mate as my card is linked to the account which I cancelled with them. So having funds in paypal is really useless to me.

I will meet you halfway and only because you seem genuine enough to me. You can pay £60 up front in the morning and then the additional £60 upon arrival and inspection.

Wrote it on your last email mate. Im a pretty new user but like I said earlier only had my 106 rallye for little over a week and got bucket seats and harnesses in there now so no need for the leather interior. I have been on the zs forum for the past 2 years though, so im a trusted guy. I need to arrange delivery with parcel2go, and the courier that delivers them will either be DHL or TnT, but I will confirm that with you and also send over the relevant order details. What time will you be making payment roughly mate so then i can confirm its hit my account and then get them collected and on their way at the earliest time.

anyway after all that i sent the £60 then he text sayin my rents are not happy with me sending them and only getting 50% and said can you send £50 and call it quits i said £30 and would pay the rest when they arrive.

I really hate little shits like this. First off I would contact the police. Then contact the banks to let them know bank accounts are being used fraudulently. Then as there are so many people this idiot has scammed why not all join up and sue the guy? Or if you would rather go round his house and make a seen. Keep it nice and legal but the police will be called out an then they will be forced to do something. You coudl even take the bits he has sold you if he has them as they are legaly yours after all.
