lowering springs

i have some lowering springs given to me but dont no how much there lowered by, is there a way to find out apart from obviously taking original ones off and measuring them? cheers

even measuring them won't give you answer as chances are they will compress at different rates and weights. You can have a strongly wound spring that compresses 1 inch and another spring the same length with a lower rate that compresses 3 inches! Any part numbers/markings on them??

yes there numbers on them like 80.360 summik like that lol
