cheers mate, You rekon thats the way forward... I think my mom scared of it going to court n shit. She just wants to be treated fairly..... Like when the bosses had my mom and this woman in the office to sort it out, They gave my mom a letter..... But this woman never got one at all. Whats up with that ?

And no Rushy_23, No HR..... Just a bunch of people who arent dealing with the situation and bothering to understand how shes feeling.

Sit back and wait for your mum to snap. Then watch a cat fight :A:

Get your mum to confront her out of work. Bet shes not all that then. Nothing she can do about it, if she hits your mum, get your mum to knock her the fuck out.

Similar thing happened to my mum, but was a man being a cock, so me and dad went round and had a word. Nothing physical. He didnt say anything to my mum after then and mum enjoyed work again.

This. Don't be violent but explain it has to stop. If shes that bad and hits ur mum then self defence is fine.

And then piss on her face for good measure.

Holy shit why didnt i think of that lol..... No its jus sad to see someone being emotionally torment at work and so stressed about it... I worry that eventually my mom WILL snap and she works at a curtain place, and this bitch will end up with a pair of curtain scissors sticking out her face. :panic:

Fuck that, it's MAM.

Serious note, I think your mam needs to go have a word with management privately, get in there first and she needs to explain the situation to them, and ask them what they would have her do about it, then reach compromise.

CAB is the best way really. Or tell her to go even higher in this job complaining about her manager. While the Manager's don't care if she lies, I'm sure the CEO wouldn't be too happy if she's lying to claim. What your Mum should of done was testify against her at the courts on her injury, get her done for Perjury.

yeah i suppose your right tbh this is the info she could have done with a few weeks back but i will take the CAB idea to her definately. At least then she will know her rights and what her managers should be doing to combat this situation.

Inform the management that unless they help her deal with the situation then she will seek legal advice.

Management must be impartial in these sort of disputes, it is inevitable that people will fall out and have issues.

If they fail to deal with it accordingly and if there is a serious problem your mum is in a good position to take legal action.

Also, if she is honestly suffering from stress, tell her to go to the doctor, see what her GP can do to help, and it will also back up her claim should lawyers get involved.
