orite so im going to be turbo'ing my crx this year, and its going to be in excess of 300bhp.. so i need some cooling, more importantly an oil cooler..
been told a 13 row is only good up to around 250bhp and i dont one stupidly big so what size should i try and get?
cheers

13 would be ok for road use with a thermostat. would go bigger for track and still fit a thermostat.

if your getting a well set up turbo kit and drive the car on the road with the odd track day a 13 row is big enough. if you got on the ek9 forum theres cars running 350+ with 13row coolers with no probs.

13 row is fine, if its not cooling enough then its not in a good place, if it is in a good place then duct it.
ive seen 350hp+ cossies using 13row.

a friend of mine has a 400 odd bhp supra and he only has a 16row and he said to me he recons anything under 350 would be fine on a 13row

13row +thermostsat
you should pay more attention to the water cooling especially getting good circulation around the turbo coolin system
