Inner Arch?

Has anyone had a problem with the black, inner arch thing, (sorry don't know the official name for it), mine has just decided to fall off, and keeps rubbing my tyre which is not good, has this happened to anyone before if so how easy is it to fix or to get a new one?

is it just the clip thats missing?you can just replace them,go scrappy or citroen for them.on which part is it?if its the arch thats broken then you can order the whole lot from citroen or like i sed a scrappy
