Car Parts Furniture..

Anyone made any furniture out of parts from a car?

Well while my laptops fucked, iv got a computer plugged into my tv, with a wired keyboard, and im always having to sit on the floor, then i had a bright idea..

I had an old all leather back bench from a renault 19 16v in my shed.. So off i plodded...

Turns out it works...

I did think about doing something along the lines of bucket seat office chair when I saw a Recaro seat go for dirt cheap on the bay.

When I get my flat I want a few pieces of car parts furniture.

Smith mate that's pretty sweet. I still like the coffee table that Clarkson made with the engine in, and I'd have a big comfy leather seat from something like a jag, would be my mans seat.

I fabricated a frame on the underside of a front seat from a rx7 which now sits pride of place in my room below my Afla Romeo brake disk Clock :D

Chairs havent realy got a place unless you use a back bench as a little sofa.

A polished v8 with a glass lid though would look epic sat in the middle of the room :cool:
