Well I finally have a weekend to loook forward to.
What are you people doing, hopefully the weather stays as nice as it is today all weekend.

Friday - Finishing prepping my car, drain all fluids, disconnect the loom. Then work on the evening.
Saturday - Mates coming round at 9am with his engine crane and we are going to pull engine out, mount it to a stand, then I got to go and meet Yates and swap his gearbox round for him and come home, going to be a fun but busy day.
Sunday - Count the blisters on my hands work on the night and TOP GEARRRR!!!! Woop

aye - if you go to a class. i wouldnt buy all the DVD's and stuff and do it yourself.

when your in a class and you are motivated its awesome. Its as hard work as you make it and you push yourself as hard as you want.
i sweat buckets and you always feel like you have worked hard, and its a perfect mixture of cardio and aerobics and dancing.

plus - i absolutley LOVE the music and have done since i was a wee girl. its good to have somewhere to go to dance that plays it!!


and put it this way - iv been to 2 classes in a week, hardly changed my eating habits and have lost 7 lbs....
