Hiding tattoo from parents..

Got my first tattoo yesterday.. it's on my wrist and isn't exactly small. My mum hates tattoos and I think she would kill me if I got one but too late.. I managed to hide it last night by like turning my arm if she came in the room lawl, however she'll find out tonight cos we're having a meal so she'll obvioulsy see it.

How did you tell your parents about getting one? I'm scared.

I got my first tattoo when I was 18 working in France, my parents never saw it till I was about 22. When my mum spotted it I was dressed in a white shirt and she thought there was a mark on it, tried to rub it then realised it was a tattoo. She said it looks really nice and suited me, it was the symbol for Brittany (The Triskell), where I was working and had just spent the best summer of my life so has massive sentimental value. I was never bothered about telling them but was shocked as I thought they known about it for years.
I'd never get one that didn't mean something to me. My next one is going to be Malachi (my son's name) in Aramaic down my inner fore arm, I'm just struggleing to get the name translated and put into the font I want for less than £100, then have to pay for the tattoo itself. It'll be worth it though. I can't understand why anyone would get a brand name, or random picture someone else has drawn inked on their body for the rest of their lives. Like that knob who got Guitar Hero on their arm, bet he feels like a dick now!!!
