Just got a myself a saxo vtr at start of year and had a wobble.
Went and got new tyres and my balancing done and the only local garage i could find that would balance the centre less cap wheels put annoying put ugly weights on the outside of the rim.
When i asked why 'they said they work better on there wheels mate.' great.
I was planning on spraying my wheels.
Would it be possible to buy myself the adhesive weights and remove the weghts from outer rim and place on inside?
Thanks.

You won't be able to just take them off and put stickies on mate the balance will definitely be out doesn't matter too much on the rears but you'll feel it on the fronts and those weights don't work better they do the same job if its balanced, Its balanced

Buy some weights if you wish, remove the old ones and put the same amount in the same place but in the outside of the inside of the wheel...on the inside i mean the face of the wheel that faces the hube, and outside as in nearest to the outside of the car. If you get me? Probs not..

I canno believe these cowboys told you that!
Sticky weights work just aswell as knock ons!
Go get them all re-balanced mate and ask for stick on weights and ask for it to be balanced 00
Before everybody jumps on me and has a go I used to work in a tyre center so I know the crack and wheels will never be balanced perfect 100% of the time unless the customer has requested it.

Are all VTR wheels centreless? My tyres are mint at the moment but when they start to wear down am I going to have trouble getting them balanced when i have new tyres put on?

Yh thanks guys. I might buy some sickies and try moving the weights into the hub. I paid £40 to fit 2 tyres and balance all 4 which was cheapest anywhere in my area. Still not cheap
Pretty annoying to be honest.
