Toad Alarm...

Well im loving the car but it has a toad alarm A101 (i think) well it has this anti theft thing so when i have the engine running it doesnt let you open the doors and they should open when i turn the engine off but they dont so i get locked inside the car and have to open the door by opening the window and use the key and also if i lock the car up it doesnt let me open it it beeps twice then you hear the doors unlock but then they lock again so cant get in car, Is there anyway to reset them or can someone give me some advice on how to solve this?
