hi helpful saxp'ers,
im trying to fit a new starter motor to a 1litre 106, im sure its the same as a saxo.
i have taken out the airbox plastic, and un screwed the two 13mm bolts on the side nearest the cabin.
how do you get around undoing the 3rd? its tight and not sure what mm to be using?
any help is appreciated.

its a 13mm, use a spanner or get underneath with a socket and extension

new problem, the black wire screwed onto the last one, were as the one the guy gave me has a flat connector on it......
i assume the retard has given me the wrong one, can anyone confirm?

before you start calling people retards,its best you just swap the connection, different manufacturers use different connections,ie bosch,magneto marrelli,lucas etc.

how can you swap the connections? one is a like a screw and bolt??
the are retards at my local parts store, they never get you the right bits.

you get an electrical connector and crimp it on the wire, not ideal but gets you running
